I had the pleasure of photographing a sister portrait session with Robyn & Bebhinn last month in Ramsbottom and it was so much fun. So much so that it's one of my favourite sessions from this year. Hills, victorian style dresses (I'm sure my clients have the best wardrobes in Manchester!) waterfalls and two sisters who were an absolute pleasure to work with. What more could a photographer ask for? I've had the pleasure of photographing Robyn on her own although I was so excited when she asked if she could book a portrait session with her sister who I was yet to meet after enjoying my recent fantasy style work. My portrait work has been going a lot moodier recently since shooting for book covers (Don't worry. My wedding and commercial style will stay the same) and I love that they both embraced that moodiness. So many witchy and cottage core vibes- I also wish my sisters would do a shoot like this with me! Maybe one day?
Robyn & Bebhinn also kindly agreed for me to submit the images from their session as book covers too, with most being accepted which was exciting. I think I'm going to slowly start introducing that option into my portrait packages!
